TM1 team includes Product, Design, Engineering and Project Management functions and together we design and deliver a collection of shared components, services and best practices that empowers a large variety of clients from venues and promoters to sports teams and touring artists to build successful events.THE JOB Ticketmaster’s TM1 is a platform made from a collection of apps and shared services, designed to support clients across a diversity of tasks to create and maximize their event’s success. We cater for clients across more than 30 markets. We support diversity of event types and scale. To name a few key product areas, we support the creation and marketing of a ticketed event to gaining actionable insights and facilitate day of show operations and the TM1 experience. Our platform is a key tool in our clients lives, and teams are constantly working to deliver an experience that is second to none. We have a wealth of user insights that drive our innovation and optimization of the platform.To help drive standardization and ease of use, speed development, and better unify the TM1 platform a new design system has been prioritized and will be deploying to internal product development teams with support from the newly established Design System team. The Director of the TM1 Experience will be responsible for effective communication and cross-app planning of our TM1 unification. The role will also be responsible for defining and prioritizing a set of shared design system components utilized across Ticketmaster enterprise/B2B applications and workflows. Lastly, Director of TM1 Experience will be championing partnership and collaboration across the technical functions within the platform. Specifically, how implementation of design system can drive major design evolutionAct as an internal evangelist for the holistic platform that champions self service and ease of use to drive adoption. Guide and educate product development teams on their part in this journeyCollaborate with the TM1 product teams to ensure design and product architecture standards are aligned and implemented. Forester effective collaborationConduct product discovery to identify key client needs and prioritize opportunities across global product set.Gather requirements across multiple product development teams and stakeholders to determine overall priority for development.Write and present top-notch product story and requirements documentation, driven by usability insights, with input from internal stakeholders and at times external clients.Track product improvements and drive an effective strategy towards constant enhancement and optimization within the user experience.Understand and discuss technical concepts, and propose new product ideas with non-technical and technical employeesResponsible for developing relationships with key product partners and stakeholdersDevelop and lead a team of capable Product Management professionals, including appropriate skill-building, tooling, and coaching.
