The ideal candidate has experience and energy to help manage and support the growth of Trailhead’s Salesforce org that is used for sales, marketing and support. This role is for an experienced Salesforce Developer with incredible development experience so that they can complement a team of skilled engineers on projects.Do you love building stuff? You will be responsible for developing the backend architecture and writing highly scalable internal web applications using Force.com technologies. You must have solid working experience in Force.com programming and application design, and an excellent understanding of Java, Javascript, CSS, XML, and HTML. You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle. You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new features, as well as, enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks. You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.You are responsible to write and review code that others can understand, support, maintain and expand, and provide other team members with direction on development projects. You are aware of trends and technical developments in the industry, and how those can be applied in your work; and have a point of view on the delivery approach for very complex or foundational features. You have the demonstrated ability to anticipate technology lifecycle issues, work with projects involving multiple systems, and influence the team to deliver durable, extensible solutions.As a LMTS (Lead Member Of Technical Staff), you would be part of the engineering team, working closely with other technical staff members, business systems analyst and product owners who are responsible for adding new features or improving the current applications.This job requires that you be a quick learner, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. You should have the ability to work in a fun, creative and fast paced environment. You will be responsible to adapt quickly, motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
