We’re seeking an experienced, engaged product designer to lead UX strategy for our portfolio of Sales Cloud products. The successful candidate will help sales and revenue teams sell and book revenue faster and smarter. You’ll also work with a team of collaborative, interdisciplinary designers who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences from sales to adoption. Experience/Skills Required4+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional teamAbility to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, working with both onsite and distributed team members to ensure on-time project deliverySelf-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a teamAbility to both clearly convey and follow directionAbility to quickly create and deliver original, professional-quality design work that is conceptually strong, meets business needs, and is on brand and on briefExpert understanding of user-centered design methods and practicesExperience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and develop product iterationsExpert knowledge of current design tools, such as Figma, along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emergeAbility to communicate ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders, lead discussions and creative activities, and build consensus while dealing with ambiguityAbility to lead and manage large design initiatives, including managing competing priorities with product and engineering peersResponsibilitiesUsing documentation, reviews, and presentations, communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholdersServe as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teamsCollaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a vision for your product areaOversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiencesProduce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results and make the case for new ideasCreate designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design systemGenerate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer buildsWork with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final productPromote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patternsMentor new design staffCreate inclusive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixesPlease submit a resume with links to your portfolio.
