This includes oversight of solution delivery for the engagements for a portfolio of industry or product aligned brands. The Delivery Lead will be the single point of contact to the appointed License AVP for all projects and Assurance (former advisory) delivery within the assigned portfolio.The ImpactDelivery Excellence - Bringing the best of Salesforce delivery expertise and change methodology across the portfolio of engagements, realising predictable outcomes for our customers that cement ongoing trusted partner relationships.Portfolio Growth - Continuous realisation and elevation of customer ambition through sustained CSG Services involvement (licensing, services & advisory).Success Partnerships - Focus on outstanding Customer Success with the CSG Portfolio Leadership Team, bringing together the key pillars of delivery, success management and Go-to-Market to lead our customers on their path to success, value realisation, and growth.Sales Partnerships - Strong alignment with senior sales leadership to build compelling and contextualised propositions, bringing transparency of approach and delivery excellence to the sales motion.The Delivery Lead will be accountable for:The successful delivery of any Services engagement within their portfolio. Development and implementation of a robust Portfolio account strategy as part of the CSG Portfolio Leadership Team, partnering with the Pre Sales Leader and be accountable for the delivery within their portfolioLeading and supporting a team of talented Program Managers/DirectorsOwnership of red projects and other delivery escalations within the assigned Portfolio.Profitability of all Engagement delivery within assigned Portfolio.Generation of opportunities from within the install base.Leveraging the CSG Portfolio Leadership Team to prove Business Value attained through Salesforce delivery.Approval of proposals and SOWs within the deal review process.Working strategically with our customers to:Define and develop long term Programs / Roadmaps that enable the customer to fully leverage the Salesforce platform, and drive time to value (e.g. speeds up ROI), drives adoption at scale and ensures business readiness and operational efficiency (a DL will typically manage up to a handful of accounts)Build and define engagements and solutions that address business pain points or transformation objectives, enabling our customers to realise their strategic goals.Consult on best practice across industry, architecture and governance for all active engagements.Leverage deep delivery, governance, and Salesforce domain expertise to develop positive relationships with senior customer stakeholders (C-suite).Experience / Skills Required:Strong consulting and delivery background.Experience in crafting and leading high performing teamsHas demonstrated leadership skills through pro-active ownership and participation in initiatives outside daily role and responsibilities.Ability to operate successfully within sophisticated stakeholder and technology environments, bringing simplification and a focus on value realisation to bear for our customers.Experience in pre-sales, discovery, scoping and estimation of potential engagements, and defining the high-level solution architecture for a strategic engagement (together with the involved Account Partners and Engagement Managers).Communicates effectively across all levels of Customer organisations - senior business and technology leaders, subject matter experts and IT professionals.Passionate about developing people and our offerings.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)Equality is a core value for Salesforce; it’s at the heart of everything we do and aim to be.
