Through standardized and scaled efficiencies, our team is responsible for maximizing the organizations’ productivity and revenue - this comes most often through technology, process, enablement and data. You will responsible for driving success through our use of technologies, both within our native Salesforce tools and outside. You will be responsible for both the Inbound and Outbound motions, solving challenges proactively and reactively, identifying problems and presenting solutions in a data-driven and professional way. Finally, you also will be responsible for aligning directly with a specified Sales Development Leadership team to support the day-to-day functioning of their business. You will be a subject matter expert and chief of staff, an integral person responsible for the operations of the business. Responsibilities:Work with internal business partners to create and maintain Salesforce objects and functionsAssist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules on the Salesforce platformManage and oversee open tickets to maintain access and up-time of our toolsIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity across internal and external toolsWork with Sales Leaders to determine org-wide needs & solutionsCreate rep-facing Programs, tied directly to business needs, focusing on improving productivityCreate and deliver weekly & monthly presentations focused on organizational performance and attainmentProduce analyses surrounding the success of programs, sales support, and technology implementations to clearly articulate impactRequired Skills:Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive deliveryStrong presentation skills - clear, concise communicator with the ability to communicate to varied audiences in any medium (verbal, written, slides)Excellent organizational and project management skills, strong attention to detail and can carefully manage several complex projects with multiple moving partsStrong operational skills - problem-solving, ability to break down complex processes, analytical, project management, and execution skillsPrevious history working with Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is preferred)Strong business acumenFlexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency.
