We are seeking a Federal Subcontracts Controller to augment our operations team in the area of federal subcontract management, contract administration, compliance, and reporting.  This role will also provide controlled process development and/or execution support for regulated industry customers across Salesforce professional services. This position requires a leader that can learn existing cross departmental processes, prioritize and drive areas for cross departmental improvement, as well as, support the day to day subcontract and contract administration needs of the business.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and support in the area of federal subcontract management and compliance, reporting, and contract administration.Provide full life cycle federal subcontract management from partnering discussions, competitive vendor selection, subcontract negotiations, purchase order and invoice processes, contractual communication, modifications, through contract closeout.Develop, streamline, and manage federal subcontract management and other policies and processes to enable company growth, align to best practices, and meet regulatory requirements, working collaboratively as a trusted partner with a team of distributed resources, including Market Sector Leadership, Accounting, Delivery, RFx, Contracts, Legal, Pricing, Procurement, and OperationsManage external communications related to federal subcontracts for government inquiries, reporting, and to support RFx responses.Update and manage company small business subcontracting plans through cross departmental collaboration. Manage federal contract records to support federal contract management and compliance objectives.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain Management for commercial services in the Federal Sector.  Previous experience managing a contract management system and/or contract reporting requirements strongly preferred.  Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to lead and support cross departmental teams, and to work effectively with all levels in an organization.Ability to balance between the strategic and tactical requirements of the role. Be highly driven and able to effectively self-manage in a fast paced environment with limited direction.In-depth knowledge of federal government acquisition policies and regulations, and experience in developing and implementing related subcontract management practices and procedures for an organization providing commercial services.Exposure/experience with Salesforce.com Strong organizational and communication skills Advanced excel skills Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining data quality and accuracy.Have integrity, tenacity, persistence, passion and a strong desire for team and company success.A clearance may be required.
