Our team is the operations wing supporting our largest and most strategic accounts and initiatives, including the Pinnacle Program and the Global Accounts Program. We are looking for a high-energy, top-talent individual to help lead, evolve, and scale these top accounts programs.As Sr.Manager/Manager, GDSO, you will be part of an outstanding team where teamwork and collaboration are fostered by all, across borders and groups. You have the right drive, experience, intuition for business, and EQ to break down siloes and build successful results in our highly matrixed, innovative organization. You have a customer-focused, can-do, problem-solving approach with the ability to act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Sales & CSG while working cross-functionally with QCP, Sales Strategy, Data Science, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Enablement.Some of the things you'll be doing will include...Manage Global Top Accounts programs and governance including program frameworks, comms, reporting, and data analysis.Cross-functional operational support for Global Top Accounts focused on customer growth and success & AE productivity and experience.Drive partnerships with key partners including Sales, CSG, QCP, Marketing, and Global Enablement to accelerate program value for customers and account teams.Define and brand Global Top Accounts partnership benefits.Evolve Global Top Accounts Community internally and externally.Lead a representative cross-functional council that informs program direction and continuous improvement.Provide thoughtful insights that inform the strategy and guiding principles behind business decisions and priorities.Lead program communications strategy, plan, and execution.Contribute to quarterly program business reviews and other ad-hoc program reviews.Develop and scale Global Top Accounts Center of Excellence/pre-sales “clearinghouse.“Build a community-based approach to celebrate success, advise best practices, and provide recognition to Account Teams and Customers in the program.Who you are...Ability to design prescriptive programs and strategies, and “operationalize” themKnowledge and strong network internally across Salesforce GTM partnersAbility to work collaboratively with Sales, CSG, Sales Strategy, Data Science, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and EnablementHighly skilled in Google G Suite, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, SQLOperational rigor and track record of cross-stakeholder program management and executionKnowledge of effective enterprise sales strategies (seed, grow, advise)Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment comprised of various internal stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong experience tailoring audience-specific messagesExperience leading highly visible cross-functional initiativesHigh energy and infectiously optimistic attitude.
