To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategorySalesJob Details The Onboarding Trainer is a member of the Global Enablement organization with a passion and proven track record for delivering learning experiences.  This person is aligned to the local Salesforce office and delivers new hire training for the Sales and Customer Success professionals..  The Onboarding Trainer works with the local Onboarding team to ensure our new hires become role-ready drivers of customer success..Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver dynamic and interactive learning experiences to train, assess, and coach new hiresDemonstrate excellent program management skills, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalateDemonstrate excellent communication planning and execution skills using a variety of tools (e.g. Slack)Manage logistics for learning experiences to ensure the rooms are set up with the right equipment Collaborate successfully with Real Estate Business Partners and Global Enablement Operations TeamCoordinate Onboarding program data for analysis (e.g.  learner completion, CSAT) Preferred Experience and SkillsSome previous experience delivering  training programs with measurable business results as a Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar roleOffice-Based:  Must live within 40 miles of Dubln Salesforce office and committed to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a weekExcellent attention to detailConfident communicator Adept at resolving complex business issuesTakes initiative across all aspects of the role, proactively rises and resolves issues; consistently looks for ways to improve themselves and their peers.
