As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design will draw on deep program design/facilitation experience and business acumen to develop innovative learning and development programs that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth company.Communication and organization skills are essential to this role. Responsibilities:Consults with business partners to understand and address their development needs, identify appropriate sponsorship for programs and initiatives, and ensures alignment with business partners.Provides both strategic and operational support for the design and delivery of innovative development programs, including budget, vendor, and partner management.Develops specific evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including business results, return on investment, enhanced talent pipeline, and improved behaviors clearly demonstrated.Creates impactful communication and reporting strategies to sustain organizational consensus, partner engagement, and support for ongoing development initiatives.Drives continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives.Develops and maintains learning assets, curriculum, and a variety of talent development best practices that align with organizational goals and values.Partners with external vendors where appropriate and manages budget and vendor agreements as needed.Acts as mentor and coach to colleagues and emerging designers, leaders, and talent development practitioners across Global Professional Services.Manages multi-stakeholder projects as needed, including developing project teams, managing priorities, and delivering results. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:~10 years of dynamic Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizationsStrong facilitator capable of consistently and effectively influencing senior leaders.Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and standard methodologies, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for using innovative practicesExtensive experience crafting development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including high-touch face-to-face and live-online using a variety of technologiesPassionate about vertical leadership development, the ‘humanizing’ of work, and the importance of developing top talent in a high-growth environmentBroader organization leadership development and mentor experience desirableAbility to establish strong presence with stakeholders at all levelsStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsProven track record of translating business strategies into critical talent development initiativesSolid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skillsDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
