As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to MuleSoft’s prospective customers by proving how MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform can bring their digital investments together into an application network, allowing for faster change and innovation.You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the end-to-end sales cycle to qualify sales opportunities with regards to customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding. Through strong, developed relationships with the client’s IT staff and C-Level executives, you will leverage their deep technical expertise to align the client’s technical requirements to business outcomes.What you’ll achieve:6 months:Become certified in MuleSoft’s Developer trainingsComplete MuleSoft’s Kickstart sales trainingBegin to build your architecture reframe and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and customer-scenario role playingCreate a Self Service Asset on a MuleSoft technical topic of interest12 months:Become certified in all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainingsSuccessfully deliver your Self Service asset by end of second quarterDeliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audienceDevelop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possiblePut all the pieces together to “perfect your craft” by closing dealsPartner with Accounts Executives on account planning and strategy and support marketing with evangelism activities (writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, speaking at industry events, etc.)Basic Requirements:Fluent in Korean and English, reading, writing and speakingPrevious development experience with web-based languages (ex: Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, XML, Python, Node.js, Go, AJAX etc Including Open source languages is better)Previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for an enterprise software company.Communicating and presenting complex information for technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.Highly motivated to continuously learn new technologies and products.Understanding of the principles and the technologies listed below:Enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integrationVarious cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures.Past experience with other cloud platform solutions: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.Considerations include process orchestration, customer data integration, and master data management.The basic principles of network, application, and information security.Domestic and international travel may be required.Preferred Requirements: Back-office / ERP system understanding – order management, accounts receivable / payables, collections, contracts (service), installed base.Past experience with the following listed below:SaaS solutions: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SAP, Pegasystems etc.Container/Orchestration technology: Docker, k8s, RedHat OpenShift, etc.API & RPA products: AWS API Management, Azure API Management, IBM API Connect, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etcAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
