This role is a part of the APAC Scale, Sales Strategy team which works closely with the business to drive process improvements and efficiency across APAC-aligned business units.You will be aligned with our enterprise team who work with some of our most complex deals and quoting structures. Therefore, you will need excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to quickly identify problems, and reduce reworks in a rapidly moving role. Excellent communication and the ability to forge strong working relationships will be fundamental as you work with your aligned Enterprise Account Executives and their extended stakeholders (Legal, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Renewals and Deal Desk). Curiosity will also be important as you develop an in-depth understanding of these business partners, and proactively seek ways to improve quoting and increase efficiency through processes and internal enablement.Day to day you will:Prepare punctual and accurate quotes and estimates outlining contract billing terms, pricing & discounting, order start and end date, and license swaps.Be a central point of contact as you collaborate across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Legal and Deal Desk to coordinate required approvals.Track quotations and modifications, and follow up as necessary.Assist in logging and resolving issues with Territory Operations.Seek process and enablement efficiencies within the function Grow your understanding of your aligned business with the view of a true business partner. Provide quoting enablement and advisory to the field on complex deal structuresRequired Skills:Experience with Salesforce CPQ price quoting tool, or similarStrong Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration with internal stakeholdersFinancial literacy, with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail Adaptability, and the ability to navigate across a matrixed organization spanning multiple functions and teams.Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlinesAbility to solve practical problems independently and deal with a variety of quoting variables.AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
