The Salesforce Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations team supports all Legal practices, in addition to Privacy, Ethics & Integrity, Audit, Government Affairs and Corporate Governance. This includes digital transformation, knowledge management, outside counsel management, shared services, enablement, data science and eDiscovery. The eDiscovery team at Salesforce provides data collection, processing and analysis services.Responsibilities:The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for working within the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). The eDiscovery Analyst will serve as an end-to-end project manager on incoming matters for internal and external stakeholders. This includes supporting, documenting, and processing legal requests by performing intake, and the imaging of electronic devices, both physical and connected to a network. Required Skills:3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery. Industry specific certifications is a plus.Working knowledge of data collection, data storage, and chain of custody best practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to initiate, manage, and report tasks independently, as identified.Ability to track metrics and report up to management.Proficient knowledge in Relativity. Certifications are a plus.Familiarity with various eDiscovery software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Cellebrite, Google Vault, etc).
