This executive leader will be responsible for leading our Data, Integration, and Automation Platform & Services. This VP must evolve and operate a data centric organization at scale supporting the products and services that are used by our teams every day. They will partner and work directly with cross functional organizations company wide including enterprise architecture, product management, project management, enterprise operations, business partners, product teams and external partners. This VP will lead a global team of employees and will be responsible for effective executive stakeholder engagement, building portfolio roadmaps, strategic planning and demonstrating agile expertise with functional-technical-operational processes. They will need to understand the ongoing requirements of our business units and will help evolve our overall Data Strategy, Governance and BI/Analytics/Big Data ecosystem to support new tools and design shifts that enable the business to be successful in a high-growth environment. This senior leadership role reports to the SVP, Enterprise Enablement. Our Business Technology team is global and this VP must be able to collaborate worldwide with our various business partners and customers in our Global Operating Model. This leader is looked to for direction in a crisis, faces adversity head on, and is energized by tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Create an organization that delivers both compelling vision and deliverables that extend our market leadership.Collaborate with vendors and industry consultants to continuously learn and identify opportunities to advance our strategy and operating model for supporting our business partners.Facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.Collaborate with key stakeholders including security, architecture, engineering and infrastructure to coordinate the delivery of complex programs.Accountability for team integrity, product excellence, decision making, delivery estimates and roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.Inspire, build, lead, retain, develop and grow a world-class, global technology team (technical, leadership, business, and functional skill sets)Look for opportunities to optimize Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering Processes and Frameworks that are followed for delivering solutions in an effort to increase productivity and reduce time to market.Show up with a beginners mindset - fostering a Salesforce values driven work culture.Required Skills:15+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams in the data, integration and automation spaces.Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.Deep knowledge of tools that are used to implement BI/Analytics/Big Data solutions – Informatica, Tableau, Hadoop, Alation, Domino, Tidal, Python, R, etc. Experience with the Einstein Analytics highly beneficial.Extensive experience with Data Strategy, Science, Governance, and Management.Exceptional communicator with a strong ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders, employees, customers.
