Success in this role means assisting the COO of Global Public Sector to drive strategic initiatives. Sample projects include headcount growth strategy, sales resource management, project impact analysis. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild trust and credibility with stakeholders and partners that include Sales Leaders, Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Sales Strategy.Lead and manage process improvement projects that align with the GPS initiatives and guide organizational change to fruition.Support strategic initiatives including the vertical and role-specific onboarding, G4G and identifying areas of growth opportunity.Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making.Analyze health of business and interpret key performance indications and metrics.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREDBachelors degree from an accredited university.STRONG business acumen and experience with presenting to executives.Strategic thinker who can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.Proven track record of supporting sales organizations - working with and influencing executives.Strong interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.Ability to connect the dots in large, matrixed organizations; must be able to network smoothly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.Knowledge of Salesforce solutions with basic understanding and familiarity with Google Suites platform.Mastery of sales skills in the context of discovery, presentations, demos and corporate differentiation.Experience acting as a project coordinator, executing multiple projects simultaneously.
