Read on.Sample Responsibilities During the First Year:Frame (or assist in framing) and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to understand historical performance, identify sales performance issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose investment changesSupport the definition or standardization of key sales performance metrics, which are used and trusted by more than ten thousand sellers, leaders and executives at SalesforceOwn and continuously improve the processes that enable accurate, timely and scalable reporting of key sales performance metricsAssist in developing executive-facing or board-facing presentations related to sales performance or GTM planningBuild expertise in sales performance or GTM planningWhat You Bring to the Team:4+ years of professional experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, FP&A (financial planning & analysis), strategy or operations consulting, or other similar roles (Proven track record of operating with a high level of autonomy and managing ambiguityAbility to analyze large volume of data, identify meaningful trends and derive business insightsIntellectual curiosity; strong desire to build expertise or gain new skillsAttention to detail and striving for excellenceEffective communicator (verbal & written) and team playerBasic understanding of SQL; high proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides (or their Microsoft equivalents)AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
