This person manages a team of trainers who are expert facilitators that make learning fun and impactful.  The Sales Onboarding Lead is ultimately responsible for ensuring our new hires become role-ready drivers of customer success, training our sales and success professionals with the right knowledge, skills and confidence to meet and exceed their goals. Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver dynamic and interactive learning experiences, via a variety of modalities and technologies, for our new hiresDemonstrate excellent communication skills, helping to make complex concepts more simpleKnowledgeable of leading-edge training strategies to impact skill attainment and create a positive, fun learner experienceKnowledgeable of industry leading trends in learning strategies to drive engagement and maximize impactLead a team of trainers who welcome and deliver live, in-person trainingCollaborate successfully with colleagues across program success, recruiting, talent development, operations, and learning designDemonstrate masterful operational skills to analyze capacity and define a predictable training calendarAchieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores, impact sales results and drive a high performance sales culture Preferred Experience and Skills5 years previous experience delivering innovative training programs with measurable business results as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role3 years people management experience to lead, support and motivate the teamOffice-Based:  Committed to be in the office a minimum of 4 days a weekA passion for learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailConfident communicator Adept at resolving complex business issuesTakes initiative across all aspects of the role, proactively rises and resolves issues; consistently looks for ways to improve themselves and their peers.
