We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that welcomes and celebrates all ideas and perspectives.Your ImpactWe are looking for a university student to join the Office of Accessibility (OoA) as an Intern to provide operational execution and coordination to the disabilities@work Italian Country program through recruiting, inclusion, and access.Specifically you will:Coordinate the activities related to the Disabilities@work Italian country programme planSupport the design and development of country focused disabilities @ work programs that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while developing best practice programs that continue to make Salesforce a great place to work for people with disabilities (PwD) and Neurodivergent communityCollaborate with core and specialist Recruiting teams on attracting, sourcing, and hiring disability talentCollaborate to identify talent pipelines and sourcing partners focused on employing people with disabilitiesSupport developing processes/procedures and creating/delivering training for all stakeholders from recruiting to employmentSupport reviewing statutory entitlement gaps and support preparing the business case to advocate for policies changes by other functions (HR, COEs, Total Rewards,...)Support the operational activities required to make sure that a process is in place for collecting, reviewing, and authenticating relevant documentation by country, according to country legislative requirements.Support liaising with government bodies for compliance related reporting and obligationsLiaise with internal Employee Resource Group for People with Disabilities (Abilityforce) to drive strong collaboration and alignmentProvide reporting on Compliance and Programme plan progressManage procurement activities and vendors onboarding for programmes in the planIn charge of document management and keep the team well organisedMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, corporate social responsibility or Law.Currently enrolled in a university (Bachelor/Master - not MBA), graduating in 2024Fluency in oral and written communications in English and ItalianPassion and interest for developing expertise in a Diversity & Inclusion functionMust be eligible to sign an University Agreement with your University for the full length of the programPassion for Project managementOrganised, structured and with strong ability to simultaneously manage complex workloads, multiple demands, and competing priorities under tight deadlines;Experience with a collaboration suite such as Google Apps, including proficient expertise with spreadsheets and presentationsA proactive, resourceful self-starterLI*YAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
