Role Description:We are looking for an Equality Talent Partner Recruiter to excel with our amazing team that is focused on accelerating growth and representation. In addition to being a full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing great candidates, you'll directly impact our equality recruiting strategy, helping to ensure that underrepresented candidates have access to job opportunities and have an inclusive experience from application to onboarding. Your Impact:Sourcing, recruiting and hiring diverse professionals across a variety of roles throughout SalesforceOwn full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, advocating for talent, and closing offersCollaborate with Office of Accessibility teams on attracting, sourcing, and hiring people with disability talentHelp develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidatesAbility to influence hiring decisions and leverage data, programs, and outreach to provide access and advocate for underrepresented talentSuccessfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their rolesPartner with other departments (Office of Accessibility, Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boardingAbility to take direction while working independently and collaborativelyRunning weekly candidate tracking and reportingUpdating internal applicant tracking system with candidate informationIdentifying external networking opportunities in order to further the Salesforce employee brandParticipate in new hire training as needed and mentor team members to support onboarding and enablementTake care of self and others. Donate time to help make the world a better place and provide equal treatment to allDesired Skills/Experience:3+ years full life cycle recruiting experienceExperience sourcing talent from underrepresented communities (like women, people with disabilities, URMs)Professional Proficiency in French and English is requiredAbility to partner and influence team members at all levels, including executives to build diversity and inclusion plans for recruitment as well as ongoing outreach programs.
