If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good– you’ve come to the right place.The Department: The Scaleup Org is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business where you will work with some of the most exciting fast-growth Scaleup companies in the UK - helping them transform, scale and disrupt their industries and the world around us.The Role:We are looking to hire someone who will have responsibility for leading a sales team covering fast growth High Tech, , Retail & Consumer Goods Scale-up companies within our rapidly growing UK operation, based in Dublin.Responsibilities:A Sales Leader with great energy and initiative, to encourage team performance and drive sales with a growth mindset.Empower your team working with new and existing UK High Tech customersBuild out strategies with Cross-Functional Partners and align support from Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales Programs, Productivity, and Partner AlliancesPossess an analytical and data-driven approach to your business with a strong sense of leadership and motivating teamsDrive an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment cultivated with mentoring and feedbackIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivityRequired Skills:2+ years of people management experience in SalesStrong background in leading and motivating people to achieve performance goalsConsultative sales skills and ability to construct and demonstrate strong business case, ROI, strategic account planning and execution expertiseConsistent overachievement of quota expectationsAbility to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize the sales funnelExcellent communication and interpersonal styleAbility to encourage and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)Ideally, prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) spaceFluency in EnglishDegree or equivalent proven experience required.
