Job Description:We are looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to join our Reporting team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!As a Staff Front End Engineer, you will work with the reporting team on front end UIs for IAS customers to use. These UIs allow our customers to manage their teams, provision the IAS products they use, view dashboards, and download reports to monitor vital statistics about their accounts.What you'll get to do:Help define client-side architecture for our next generation of reporting systems Build front-end applications with good visual designUse cloud native technologies for design and development of web applicationsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyBuild UI features to support authentication, authorization and data securityMaintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, strong functionality, and optimizationWork as part of a scrum team to deliver UI features to IAS customers You should apply if you have most of this:5+ years experience in a Front End developer role in an Agile Scrum environmentHands-on experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux ToolkitFamiliarity with HTTP, HTML5, CSS3, and JsonExperience with writing unit and integration tests for the application code you work on Experience in building responsive UI that talks to RESTful servicesBasic knowledge of RESTful systems, Object-Oriented design, Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms What puts you over the top:Experience with AngularJS is a plus to aid with migration from legacy systemsUnderstanding of UI/UX designKnowledge of OpenAPI specifications and client-side automation options availableExperience with third-party graphing libraries, can stay on top of industry trends and make technical recommendationsDevelop Cypress test for UI componentsStrong communication skills, to be able to articulate solutions to other team members and even non-technical peopleProblem solver, team player, lifelong learnerAbout Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
