Job Description:Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team based in Pune, India.The Analyst will perform analysis and data quality checks for a high-growth company, with primary focus on areas such as data management, analysis, and reporting. This role will help provide financial and analytical support across multiple departments and regions. Someone with enthusiasm and energy, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-player looking for mentorship/coaching will be a perfect applicant. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detailed-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in SalesforceEvaluate and review the contracts and deal before they are finalized within the deadlinesPrepares and communicates information regarding contract status, risk, compliance, modifications, deviations, negotiations, and completion or terminationImplement data quality audits and follow up procedures where necessaryProblem solving and deal with data issuesLiaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolutionRole will include support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholdersParticipate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with management and stakeholdersEnforce all company initiatives in standardization of new policies and proceduresAdditional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred1-3 years, with prior experience in accounts receivable operations, reporting and analysisHands-on detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance functionsStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills requiredExperience with Salesforce will be an added advantageExcellent oral and written communication skillsWhat puts you over the top:Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks quicklyOutstanding communication and self-motivatedStrong sense of ownership and perseveranceIndependent and willingness to learn new thingsAbout Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
