Job Description:We’re looking to hire a passionate and motivated Customer Success Intern to lead satisfaction, retention, adoption, operations and revenue efforts across Integral Ad Science’s global brands. You will drive our approach to global account success. You will be at the heart of our customer operations and a crucial part of our Customer Success team.What you’ll get to do:Proactively work with Customer Success team members to: Develop materials (presentations and reporting) to facilitate high impact customer engagementProvide targeted project management and ad hoc business analysis serving our most critical customersPresent and provide insight in client meetings and discussionsContribute to the development of strategic account plans for enterprise customersParticipate in cross-functional initiatives designed to transform process and tools utilized by the Customer Success teamShowcase the aptitude to build trusted relationships with customers to understand their strategic goals, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and create new revenue opportunitiesShowcase the aptitude to demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s) You should apply if you have most of this: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or business related field preferredInterest/experience in marketing/advertising/digital sales Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills History of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams is a plusExperience with MS PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Salesforce.com or Power BI a plusAbout Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
