This highly visible role will be client facing and will be front and center helping our customers understand all of the various solutions IAS has to offer, working with them to build out their strategy based deep data sets. This hands-on leadership role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.What you’ll get to do: Develop products and features that help marketers leverage our rich impression level data into actionable insights with delightful designLead the product strategy of a customer facing reporting platform by leveraging data to drive business outcomesWork with clients and internal teams to determine what marketing KPI’s should be tracked and develop reporting & data visualizations that meet their needsPartner with Engineering and Product Management teams to set roadmaps, build prototypes, and design go-to-market strategies for global analytics and reporting  productsAssesses the current structure and talent to build an organization model that supports single point solutions, removes friction and drives accountability that is tailored to meet customer needsSet and track leading indicators, KPI and KRI including customer and employee qualitative feedback and complaints associated. Maintains control monitoring to ensure operations related are within risk appetite You should apply if you have most of this experience: 15+ years of experience focused on customer experience strategy, planning and execution or continuous process improvement; 5+ years in a leadership roleBS/BA required; MBA preferredAdTech experience, requiredBusiness background or IT or Engineering background with demonstrative business experience post-graduationDemonstrative work experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience Design, Digital or Process Engineering would be idealExceptional cross-functional leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and inspire others without direct authorityStrong analytical skills with a strong sense of problem solving to drill down to root cause corrective actions in the face of complex systems, structures and processesAn ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences (front line and up to the C-Suite)Leads with customer obsession and has self-initiative to explore difficult topics with curiosityMaintains agile mindset with relentless focus on continuous improvement to customer / employee experienceServes as a champion and advocate for what is possible while maintaining resilience in the face of adversityNew York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $180,153 - $308,833 actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.About Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
