For more information, visit integralads.com.If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!As the SVP of FP&A you will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team and will lead the financial forecasting process for IAS, in order to support strategic decision making at all levels including the senior leadership team, the Board of Directors and investors. In this role, you will partner with the CFO and key leaders to drive cross functional initiatives to support profitable growth and the success of the company. You will lead a team of 7-9 professionals and build a best-in-class FP&A function, driving more accuracy in forecasting. You will work closely with Investor Relations to determine earnings guidance and provide thoughtful financial insights in order to support the positioning of IAS to investors and Wall Street. Responsibilities:Lead global financial planning processes, including annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and long-term strategic plan.Review, implement and maintain the revenue financial model in close partnership with sales, product and sales operations.Review, implement and maintain the cost model working in close partnership with key business leadsPartner with leadership and operational teams and hold them accountable for delivering against targets and business objectives Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the business and provide financial analysis to senior leadership on key business trends and market environmentSupport IAS’s M&A function, including deal evaluation, modeling, due diligence and integration. Work closely with internal stakeholders and acquisition targets.Implement and lead regular financial review meetings with key stakeholders Closely partner with Investor Relations to determine quarterly and annual guidance, and advise on all financial matters needed for investors and earnings calls Report on all operating, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow metricsDesign and maintain financial technology tools to support global FP&A process, including Adaptive Planning Create weekly and monthly reporting to clearly identify variances to forecast and budget, provided in a clear and action-oriented format to drive decisions in close partnership with global accounting teamConsider new innovative ways to approach financial planning and analysis processes to provide even higher value-added decision-making support to leadershipSeek out external trends and factors and incorporate into forecasting process, both directly and indirectly Lead team of 7-9 peopleRequirements:12-15 years progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years of global FP&A responsibilities Public company experience idealInvestment Banking or Corporate M&A experienceBA and MBAExperience working in technology industry; media/programmatic experience a plusProven track record of financial partnership with key executives to drive business growthAnalytical, data driven decision maker with strong financial acumen and drive for results Excellent communicator and presenter with an ability to influence all levelsDemonstrated ability of building and leading  a diverse, high-performing team Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentHighly collaborative team playerStrong financial modeling, excel, powerpoint and presentation skillsNew York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $306500 - $407,900 actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.About Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality.
