About the Role This is a fully remote position, and we are open to candidates outside the United States as long as they are comfortable working 9am-5pm US-ES.  As a Billing Representative, your primary responsibility will be owning billing escalations raised company-wide. This can include escalations from Sales, Legal, Support, Finance, Product, and Engineering. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as legal and financial compliance.  In addition to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in answering these escalations, the Billing Representative will also own and update the internal documentation for billing related processes, and educate team members on billing processes.  The Billing Representative will work closely with colleagues who own integrations (Salesforce, Avalara, Netsuite, etc) related to our billing stack, and help them solve issues that arise.   This is an individual contributor role that is 100% remote and will report directly to our Senior Operations Manager, while also working closely with the rest of the finance team (which is filled with a rapidly growing group of rockstars!), and the company at large.  This is a key addition to our team and is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation with a team that cares about your development.      Responsibilities • Manage the Zendesk billing escalation queue, including: issuing refunds, investigating fraud and abuse, ensuring clean data in Apollo - Stripe - Salesforce stack, and escalating bugs and feature requests to Growth + Engineering • Respond to Stripe disputes  • Support Finance, Legal, and RevOps with billing data and analysis • Document and maintain billing processes • Be the company expert on all things billing-related Qualifications   • 2- 5 years of related work experience • SaaS experience a big plus • College degree in a related field • Experience and comfort with processing high transaction volumes • Experience with billing systems, CRMs, and support/ticketing software   What You’ll Love About Apollo Besides the great compensation package and culture that thrives in openness and excellence, we invest tremendous effort into developing our remote employees’ careers.
