From on-prem to the cloud, companies can get the IT asset data needed to rightsize, reallocate spend, reduce risk and maximize ROI. Flexera is seeking an Order Processing Analyst to join our newly created Order Processing team in our India location. The position will be responsible for processing orders, generating license keys and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate must have the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.Candidates Profile:Job includes the follow processes: Processing of sales orders, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers, and ensuring that sales contracts and all company practices/policies have been followed.Generation of various types of software license keys/files.Verification that accurate software license keys/files have been provided to customers. Research and make any corrections that may be necessary.General customer account maintenance.Assist with new product releases and other projects within the orders department.Interact with customers, Sales, Credit and the Finance departments daily.
