Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, you will support effective compensation programming that supports business needs and build relationships, both peer-to-peer and with key stakeholders.We are looking for a Compensation Partner to join our global compensation team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on our global compensation team. The team is growing, and this position will report to the Director of Global Compensation.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree5+ years of compensation consulting experience managing diverse compensation programs specific to the APAC regionsExpertise in total rewards and strategy, compensation programming, incentive design and market analysisEffectively able to communicate and engage with key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong experience in project execution, including but not limited to market benchmarking, job architecture, salary structure designHigh level of analytical skills, including strong use of Excel including v-lookup and pivot tables and experience dealing with large volumes of data.Highly organized - ability to manage across different time zones.Strong business acumen and understanding of finance/corporate planning processes and company strategy.It would be great if you also had . . .
