We are looking for a Watch Analyst to join the Content Team within our Intellectual Property segment. This role will report to the Manager, Search Analysis and will be based in Antwerp.The Watch Analyst provides customer service support by answering incoming phone calls and emails to handle inquiries regarding our Watch products and services. In this role you will be responsible for Watch portfolio maintenance, make sure that orders are entered, updated and canceled as requested by customers, and invoiced timely and correctly. You will be responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark protection against infringement.This is an amazing opportunity to help conduct trademark monitoring and analysis on specialized databases to produce Watch reports for our clients.If you are fluent in Dutch, French and English with some experience communicating with customers, we would love to speak with you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments6 months -1 year of experience in a business/customer focused environmentBachelor's degree in related field or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experienceFluency in Dutch, French and English requiredIt would be great if you also had . . .Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).Experience communicating directly with customersAdditional languages will be considered an advantage (particularly Spanish, Italian or and German).What will you be doing in this role?Provide customer service support to Watch customersEnsure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clientsAssure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfoliosSuccessfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and informationMaintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.About the TeamCompuMark is a dynamic organization in a rapidly changing industry.
