We are looking for an Analyst to join our vibrant Central Nervous System (CNS) and Ophthalmology Disorders team.  You will translate therapeutic expertise and market research data into targeted insights for key decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industry. If have previous experience with the analysis of clinical trial and scientific data, preferably in neuroscience or ophthalmology, or this sounds like an opportunity you are interested in, then we would love to talk to you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsA Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector.1 + years of experience working with CNS research and/or drug development1 + years of experience working in contemporary biology, preferably in neuroscience.It would be great if you also had...A Masters or higher degree (Ph.D., MBA) and/or relevant experience in the biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector.Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets (e.g., SQL).Familiarity with the drug development and commercialization process.Knowledge of CNS indications (i.e., neurology, psychiatry and/or pain) or ophthalmology indications, therapeutics, markets, and key factors influencing them.What will you be doing in this role?Write high-quality, concise, and insightful market analysis deliverables designed for key decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industry. Manage the execution of multiple projects with minimal supervisionCritically analyze and interpret complex clinical data and commercial information from a multitude of sources and have the ability to draw conclusions, be decisive, and build market forecastsEffectively and concisely communicate business insights through multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, live presentations)Develop and apply a detailed understanding of CNS indications and drug development processesStay abreast of events in CNS drug developmentConduct primary research via interviews and surveys with medical and health expertsDevelop and maintain productive relationships with clients; understand their needs and deliver solutionsField client queries and ad hoc requests with minimal supervisionCollaborate with Clarivate Sales and Marketing teams and contribute to corporate initiativesAbout the TeamYou will work on the Life sciences team.  Externally you will work with biopharmaceutical clients; internally there are multiple stakeholders and include the Sales team, Consulting team, Analytics team, members of the production team, other product teams (e.g., epidemiology team, Biosimilars team).    Projects range from a week to ten weeks.  The team consists of 15 people globally.  Central Nervous System and Ophthalmology Disorders—members of the team are subject matter experts in several diseases across the neurology, psychiatry, pain, and ophthalmology space and author reports and provide insights on different facets of drug development in these areas.Hours of WorkFull time, permanentAlthough duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be requiredClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
