If you have previous experience with this type of executive-level support, we would love to speak with you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelors degree At least 4 years of experience working with Windows 10 and 11 workstations including experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2007At least 3 years of experience with corporate applications such as SSO, collaboration, cloud, Office 2010 to 2016, Office 365, Multifactor Authentication, VDI, etc.At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft and other Enterprise management tools such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, DNS, GPO, and TCP/IP, Intune, JAMF, MDM technologies, etc.It would be great if you also had . . . Experience providing IT support services to C-level executives.Understanding of Mac devices. Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.Experience working under deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.What will you be doing in this role? Performs technical tasks such as installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of desktop hardware, software, Wi-Fi, printers, related peripherals, mobile devices, videoconference equipment, etc.Be able to perform support functions within Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, O365 admin center, Imaging, etc.Support other corporate desktop applications such as VPN, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, etc.Procure and/or install requested hardware and software in a timely basis and ensure new hires, transfers, etc., are provisioned with necessary equipmentProvide support to internal teams (Desktop Engineering, Enterprise Application, and Networking Engineering teams, etc.) and develop processes for escalating appropriate issuesProvide remote/smart hands assistance for network, application, and/or production onsite systemsTransition Tier 1 task from Site Support to the IT Service Desk and provide appropriate training to the IT Service Desk as neededMust be able to respond to security threats in the environment and assist with any remediationPerforms various audits including asset management, deletion of devices from Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and other inventory tracking software.About the TeamThis position will be part of the Workplace Services team, providing IT support to our Clarivate Colleagues.
