ITIL V4 Foundation Certified. (preferred)Good hands-on experience in any Projects – if acted as a project member everAutomation acumenWhat will you be doing in this role?The key role of a service desk is to be the point of contact to address and resolve service requests raised by the clients, in line with the Service Desk objectives and therefore to satisfy the communication needs of the IT staff and the users of the customer organization.About the Team   The team has 30 members reporting to the Service Desk Leads.
