We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Health Economics to join our Clarivate Consulting division to work hybrid in either London, Cambridge, or Bicester. This is an amazing opportunity to manage the delivery of health economics modelling projects and undertake business development and client relationship activities in support of these activities The global Evidence, Value and Access Consultancy practice consists of over 100 technical experts and this role is reporting to the Senior Director - Consulting. We have a great skill set in Health Economics, and we would love to speak with you if you have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments A 2:1 or above bachelor’s degree in life sciences (or related) disciplineAt least 3 years’ experience in a modelling role within a consulting agency or academic institutionAt least 2 years’ experience in economic evaluation including the knowledge and practical application of all relevant methodsAt least 2 years’ experience in developing models to support economic strategiesProven experience in MS ExcelIt would be great if you also had . . . Relevant post-graduate qualification e.g. MSc / PhD Health Economics could be replaced by significant level of consultancy experienceExperience using R, Stata or/and WinbugsFirst class communication skills with the ability to engage with clients in issues relating to projects in area of responsibilityTime management skills, including the ability to manage own time to meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, ambitious, and flexible with an ability to cope under pressure / with competing demandsA good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantageWhat will you be doing in this role?Devising. To devise and develop high level economic models and analysis in MS ExcelSupporting. To support thought leadership initiatives within the Health Economics spaceProviding. To provide strategic Health Economics input into projectsMentoring. Mentor, develop and coach less experienced members of staff within or Health Economics departmentLiaising. To liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients for project deliverables and/or business developmentAbout the Team  This role reports to the Senior Director – Consulting who manages a team of 12 direct reports.
