As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process across our life science and Intellectual property roles.  This is a hands-on role, executing all aspects of the recruitment process and determining innovative ways to attract high calibre talent as we continue to grow.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  4+ years of recruitment experienceWorking knowledge of an ATS and/or CRM, ideally Workday as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job boards.Experience of hiring across the UK and EMEABA/BS in a business or related fieldIt would be great if you also had . . .  Life Science and Healthcare  or Intellectual property recruitment experienceInternal recruitment experienceProven ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and changing work environment.What will you be doing in this role? Partnering with our talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent across EMEA.Developing sourcing strategies, share latest sourcing techniques and methods.Bring your expert knowledge of the competitive landscape of Europe’s Life science and intellectual property market.Consulting with hiring managers and gaining a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.Delivering a first-class experience for business leaders, hiring managers and external candidates. Throughout the recruiting process, you will partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices.About the Team   The EMEA talent acquisition team is a team of 16. Over the past 18 months we have doubled in size. The team is geographically placed across the UK, Spain, Israel, and Serbia.
