We are looking for a Search/Watch Analyst (French, German or Italian - speaking) to join our global Search Analysis team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on different trademark search analysis projects. The team consists of 19 people globally and will be reporting to the Manager of Search Analysis. Provide customer service support to Watch customers; Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients; Assure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfoliosSuccessfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information including: Trademark Fundamentals, Hit Selection, Query Strategy, Introduction to OPSi, Introduction to Products, Overview of the Customers, Watch Administration, or other specialized database/product training.Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs. Work with mentors to ensure Watch approach results in high quality trademark research reports. Provide internal feedback and recommendations to management on opportunities to improve quality or processes. Completes assignments in a timely manner according to the turnaround schedule promised to the customer or internal deadline.Assures accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios: Reviews work order criteria to ensure accuracy. Ensures Watch orders are being entered, updated or canceled within the timeframe promised to the client or internal deadline.Reviews order and customer settings to ensure the correct delivery and renewal of the Watch reports.Follows through on client inquiries with the appropriate Team Leader, Manager and/or other appropriate department/team member.About the Team Global Watch team is responsible for conducting trademark research and analysis within an internal operating system , specialized databases, and other sources as necessary to produce quality research reports for CompuMark clients. We are responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark availability. Therefore, we provide customer service support by proactively contacting clients to discuss watch strategies and selection preferences.
