Service Operations IP Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Ipan EP Validation team in Belgrade. Service Operations IP Analyst performs EP validation for the requested patents in all requested jurisdictions, provides clients with requested cost estimations and invoices for the services rendered. Pro-actively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.)Minimum B2 level of EnglishIt would be great if you also had . . .  Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skillsExcellent organization and prioritization skills in order to meet internal and official deadlinesGood analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and strong team playerFlexibility and adaptabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWhat will you be doing in this role? Receiving customers instruction for validation, Checking documents, sending order to agents,Client-agent communicationDue dates checkParticipating in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and a team spirit by training, assisting and monitoring new colleagues. About the Team   Ipan EP Validation team currently has 5 team members, including Team lead. This team handles around 12000 services per year and 3300 tasks per month.
