Implementation Consultant- IP lifecycle

As a member of the Intellectual Property Group Professional Services team, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing innovative solutions to support the business processes for our ever-growing customer base using the IPfolio product which is built on Salesforce. Projects typically ranging from 4 months to a 1 year long.  The team current has 7 Business Consultants, and 3 Technical Consultants.  A large project will typically include 1 or 2 Business Consultants and 1 or 2 Technical Consultants.  Within the IPfolio team we have “business” consultants, these are the team members that know and understand the IP lifecycle and how the client will use IPfolio to support the IP lifecycle.  The “technical” consultants are our Salesforce experts who can set up custom configurations within IPfolio. Hours of worko   Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.o   up to 10% travel is requiredClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
