Senior Content Ingestion Analyst

                  We are looking for a Senior Content Ingest Analyst to join our WoS Ingest team in Chennai/Hyderabad locations. This is an amazing opportunity to work on WoS Ingest process. The team consists of 40+ colleagues and is reporting to the Content Manager. We have a great skill set in WoS Ingest and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Sourcing, Ingestion or Data Analytical About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Any Graduate - UG/PG5+ years of experience with Data Analytical or Content Sourcing/IngestionXML knowledge preferableStrong oral and written communication Skills with excellent command of English It would be great if you also had . . .  o    VBA/Excel Macro skillso    PowerBio    XML skills What will you be doing in this role? Content improvement and manage workflowException Management:Ensure AMP/Internal Exceptions are cleared on-time with no single point of failureInitiate Jira Stories for any tool enhancement/bug and connect with Developer/QA/Solution Analyst for story accomplishmentHighly analytical and able to get to the root cause of a problem; able to creatively figure out a solution or propose changes to existing workflows as required.Ability to work in high pressure situations and to tight time scaleAutomation to bring process efficienciesAchieve weekly production volume, utility, and quality target with consistency  About the Team   Participates in Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation, and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media (print or electronic). Responsible for the Sourcing of relevant academic content for Clarivate Analytics products.
