We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, in this role you will facilitate the smooth flow of books through the warehouse, from Goods In to Dispatch, ensuring a timely service whilst meeting all of our customer’s expectations.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 2+ years experience of working in a warehouse1+ years experience of using Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift weights in excess of 15kgWhat will you be doing in this role? Ensures that all relevant company and departmental health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesEnsures all tasks are carried out using standard processes and meet set productivity levelsUnpacks deliveries and receives books onto CIS systemSorts and shelves books by customer bin locationsPrepares picking lists and picks customer ordersInvoices and packs customer orders to meet customer expectationsDemonstrates customer focus by reporting any damaged or missing books, or failures in adhering to standard processes, to line managerKeeps work areas clean and tidyAbout the Team This role will report to the Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations working as part of a team of 8 Warehouse operatives.Hours of Work Working hours for this role are 0800-1630 Mon-Thu and 0730-1600 Fri.
