We would love to speak with you if you have experience & want to develop further in the field of IP.About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceC1 level of English1 year of previous job-related experience2 years of previous people management experienceIt would be great if you also had…High level of professionalism and high attention to detailExcellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skillsExcellent organization and prioritization skillsExcellent group/team leadership skillsGood analytical skills; Salesforce experienceBasic project management mentalityPositive energetic approachWhat will you be doing in this role?Provides customer service and support to the Sales team through the following means: Answers inquiries regarding CompuMark Watch products and services via written communication, in person, or over the phone.Prioritize/escalate task assignments across the team and Clarivate departments.Answers internal questions regarding trademark Watch products and services to colleagues via written communication, in person, or over the phone.Follows through on client inquiries with the appropriate departments/team members.Manages daily production, including ensuring all assigned Watch tasks are completed according to expected delivery time frame by team membersMakes sure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients: Analyzes Watch requests and develops an effective Watch strategy based on trademark, international classifications, market, as well as product scope.Analyzes data retrieved and selects the most pertinent references for inclusion on trademark Watch reports for delivery to customers.About the Team You will be leading a team of 8 Watch Analysts and will be responsible for on-time delivery of products and SLA’s, as well as for evaluating individual and team performance. You will need to balance resources (internal as well as external) to assure efficiency and cost effectiveness and provide clear and transparent communication to your manager and inform the team on Clarivate initiatives and updates.
