We are looking for an IT Support Services Analyst (Desktop Support) to join our IT Support services in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on desktop-related applications. The team consists of 9 members and is reporting to the Manager, IT support services. We have a great skill set in and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in desktop support.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 3-5 years of experience in desktop supportBachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or related degree or at least 3-5 years of equivalent relevant experienceIt would be great if you also had . . . Responsible for system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of various Windows (Windows 10,11) and/or Apple applications and systems. Arranging the IT equipment for new joiners, Reverse picks up of IT equipment for Leavers’, Inventory management, and is responsible for imaging, deploying, and maintaining respective desktop environments.Roles and responsibilities:Performs technical tasks such as installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop hardware, software, wireless, printers, related peripherals, mobile devices, videoconference equipment, etc.Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment supporting roles from Employees to Executives while delivering exceptional service.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Assist in computer, monitor, telephone, and other desktop equipment movement as needed.Be able to perform support functions within AD, Exchange, O365 tools, Imaging, etc.Support other corporate desktop applications such as VPN, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, etc.Procure and/or install requested hardware and software on a timely basis and ensure new hires, transfers, etc., are provisioned with the necessary equipment.Understand software licensing.Able to provide the desk side necessary information to the relevant stakeholders (Desktop Engineering, Enterprise Application, and Networking Engineering teams, etc.) during Major incidents.remote/smart hands assistance for network, application, and/or production onsite systemsMaintain a secure and safe environment by ensuring all security patches and new anti-virus definition files are deployed to all workstations Do necessary remediation as necessary.Must be able to respond to security threats in the environment and assist with any remediation.Prepare necessary AV and IT equipment for Townhall set up in the offices.Able to troubleshoot corporate mobile devices.Keep asset inventory management system up to date.Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsWeekend or after-hours work may be required to support business functions.Other duties as assigned.About the Team This is an internal desktop support team that supports our pan-India colleagues in system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of various Windows (Windows 10,11) and/or Apple applications and systems.
