Excited to grow your career?Our people make all the difference in our success.We are looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team in Chennai, India. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) role is exciting because it leads to significant improvements in operational efficiency by automating repetitive and manual tasks, enabling organizations to perform tasks faster, with fewer errors and at a lower cost than traditional methods.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  2-3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably in a business process automation context.Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing RPA workflows using RPA technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere etc.Experience in process automation, SQL, system integration, and software development.Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA solutions to automate business processes, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.It would be great if you also had . . .  Certification in RPA technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment What will you be doing in this role? Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.Design and implement RPA solutions to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Provide training and support to end-users on RPA technologies and tools.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology and process improvement methodologies.About the Team   Operational Excellence Team is a group of professionals dedicated to improving business operations by continuously identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing solutions, and monitoring performance to ensure sustained results.Hours of Work  9 hours (including 1 hour break), workday starts from 12:00PM or 2:00PM ISTNote - Candidate may need to accommodate late evening calls as our operations team also work in UK and US timings.At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
