We are hiring for a Strategic Account manager to join our team in Dubai.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective account strategy through collaboration. You will lead the coordination with various Team members in regional locations, the product specialist team, the customer retention team, the customer success team, and the solutions and consulting team.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMinimum of 7 years’ experience selling enterprise software solutions to large corporations in the IP, Legal or Information technology industrysalesforce.com proficiencyBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent, relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .Experience selling to C-level executives.What will you be doing in this role?Achieve/exceed territory sales plan by achieving the desired retention targets and upselling them when possibleForecast accurately your direct manager with constant communication throughout each monthWork efficiently with customers and leads to ensure you are following Clarivate’s sales cycle that includes a define process in Salesforce.Be constantly learning and improving upon your understanding of the relevant set of Clarivate Analytics products that are sold to the user base.Ensure you have a strong understanding of competitor products and services and how we can successfully position ourselves against them.Actively participate in team meetings and events and share your customer, product and sales knowledge with the wider team.Maintain adequate telephone and WebEx meeting volumes as defined by Sales Management.Responsible for creating and updating account profiles, providing quotes and booking deals in Salesforce.com.Identify potential targets and contact lists for core job roles within existing clients.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, permanent position working in a Hybrid model.  Some client activities may require additional hours.At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
