It is an exciting time to be part of a local fast paced growing design community within a bigger globally distributed team, working on new products and infusing change in the organization!The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our users across multiple platforms of IP Patent intelligence, search, and analytics products; Derwent Innovation, IncoPat, Innography and Analytics.If you have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to complex projects in a collaborative environment, we would love to speak with you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design.7+ years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record of delivering successful products and experiences.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision.Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior designers.Experience working in Agile development environmentsExcellent communication skills in English and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries.Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular is a plus.It would be great if you also had . . .
