You will have a significant role fostering and leading this culture of change and delivering the corresponding road-maps.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5 years’ experience in a global corporate setting with previous management or equivalent experience in project or process leadership preferred.Management skills in particular in defining clear objectives and ensuring accountability, monitoring progress, measuring results, and delivering timely and objective feedback.Postgraduate background in pharmaceutical sciences would be beneficial.What would you be doing in this role :Manage a diverse team to support content processing and direct customer value add in Clarivate products.Create a culture focused on execution and performance; ensure key performance indicators for quality, timeliness and completeness are established and delivered, with reporting, best practises, and robust quality control to drive continuous improvement.Help define and manage the wider team’s finances, reconciling volumes with vendor spend and headcount.Play a role in major decisions and initiatives in a manner that will enable the content function to achieve its long-term objectives.Act with velocity and focus to promote the services of the Content organization.Communicate initiatives to senior management, set timelines and manage expectations for all deliverables and releases.Demonstrate perseverance and courage to achieve goals even when faced with resistance or setbacks.It would be great if you also hadStrong leadership, collaboration, motivation, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and persuasively with a variety of stakeholders in different geographies.Ability to deal with ambiguity and lead through change, to make decisions in a timely manner despite risk and uncertainty.Ability to solve problems, focus on what’s important, eliminate blockers and define priorities.Work cross functionally forming strategic relationships with stakeholders across Clarivate including but not limited to Content Operations and Content Technology, Product Managers, Analytics, Program and Quality Management and vendorsHours of Work Full time positions under IST.
