Clarivate is seeking an experienced and innovative UX Researcher to join our dynamic, global UX team! It is an exciting time to be part of a fast paced, growing design community working on new products, and infusing change in the organization!The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering our user journeys and delivering impactful insights across multiple platforms within Academia & Government. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered research and design principles and the ability to apply them to complex projects in a collaborative environment.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Degree program focused on the human experience as it relates to design and technology (User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, etc.); OR Field(s) related to behavioral and/or social science research, including (but not limited to) Psychology, Sociology, Cultural/Social Anthropology, Political Science and Economics (in this case, completion of UX and/or related certifications achieved within the profession is a plus)2+ years of professional experience in a research-related roleSolid analytical skills combined with user experience research methods (i.e., one-on-one-interviews, focus group facilitation, jobs to be done analysis, etc.)It would be great if you also had...Master’s degreeSolid understanding of UX design principles and methodologiesWhat will you be doing in this role?Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the research questionsSynthesize analytics, customer insight, and help data to focus researchTrack patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usageConduct unmoderated and moderated testing/workshops, research repositories, qualitative data analysis, qualitative data analysis, etc.Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insightsIdentify competitors' strengths and weaknesses, regulatory environment, and market trends; evaluates gapsFacilitate workshops within a product/project context: design thinking, discovery, requirements, stakeholder alignment, etc.Communicate with customer touchpoint teams to acquire relevant user dataDocument research findings and insights into clear, easy-to-understand reports that persuade Product and UX teamsDevelop an understanding of the customer profile/persona for products in the assigned segmentIntegrate continuous improvement based on the feedback, review research with team members, and apply best practices for governing research qualityProduct you will be working onThe UX Researcher will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our users across multiple platforms of the Academia & Government segment.About the TeamYou’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model as part of a local fast paced growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization!Hours of WorkThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), with flexibilityHybrid model (2-3 per week working from our Ann Arbor or Philadelphia offices)Ability to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide#CBClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
