Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

We are excited to be adding an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to our team!  In this role, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of an end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for our Patent and Trademark Office openings. Seeking an individual that is well versed in hiring trends; a significant portion of your efforts will be focused on sourcing high quality professionals.   Our approach is consultative and very hands-on.  Each team member supports a business unit(s) and is tasked to hit tight deadlines and deliver high-quality service to our internal customers. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join a rapidly growing business that is contributing to changing the world for the better!   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study or equivalent, relevant experience 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience or general human resources experience It would be great if you also had . . .  Working knowledge of an ATS and/or CRM, ideally Workday as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job boards Strong interviewing skills; familiarity with behavioral interviewing and other related practices. Professional certifications such as AIRS, CSP, PHR, SHRM-CP.  What will you be doing in this role? Consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding their recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively Partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively attract candidates Recommend process improvements and cost reduction opportunities Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to  About the Team   Clarivate’s Talent Acquisition team consist of 45 global recruiters partnering with business leaders across the globe looking to hire the best and diverse talent in the market.    Hours of Work The Americas team will work various hours with the majority aligning to the US East Coast time zone.  This is a hybrid work environment, working 2-3 days a week in an office setting.     Clarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
