We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager (Manager, Project Management) based in Belgrade to join our central global Brand and Creative team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on enterprise-wide creative and brand projects that support our growing global business. The team consists of 13 people reporting to the Senior Director of Brand and Creative. We have a great skill set in creative strategy, brand strategy, design and production and we would love to speak with you if you have experience in creative operations to bring planning, process, and metrics to creative workflows, and help us optimize timeliness of delivery, capacity, and spend.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 6+ years’ experience in an operational role within the creative industry including in-house experienceExperience (3+ years) interfacing with senior leadersExperience (3+ years) managing a small team of project managers/coordinatorsExperience (3+ years) managing relationships with creative agenciesBachelor’s degree or equivalentProfessional project management qualificationExcellent knowledge of English (C1)Experience (3+ years) using Microsoft Office suiteProven experience working with creatives and a thorough understanding of creative processes and tools, preferably including experience in the creation of websites and motion graphics, from script to final deliveryExperience (3+ years) using project and resource management tools and developing processes for their useIt would be great if you also had . . . They come together to develop and protect the Clarivate brand and are united in their dedication to designing and optimizing Clarivate brand experiences for customers and colleagues alike. They are a global team delivering creative and brand strategy, design production and brand guidance. Internal stakeholders are primarily in Marketing, but the team collaborates with colleagues from across the business including Communications, Product, HR and Sales. Projects range from the creation of a fact sheet through to web and motion design and includes complex brand projects. The Creative operations team is made up of three Project Managers who plan and facilitate the running of projects taken up both in-house and in collaboration with our agency partners. Our creatives use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the Operations team currently use Wrike and will soon be transitioning to Aprimo.
