a large scale, complex, transformational programExpertise in leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud to solve business problemsProven experience working in Agile software development lifecycleSoft SkillsExceptional problem solver who is comfortable finding and pushing solutions beyond the status quoStrong sense of personal ownership in the quality and effectiveness of delivered solutionsAbility
