This was an exciting milestone by itself, but it also set out a framework for funding future xScale data centers around the world. In 2021 and 2022 we continued to invest in the initiative with 3 new JVs being established in APAC and EMEA regions, and now we are looking to scale our global service delivery in 2023.Job SummaryAs a Senior Analyst, Reporting – Hyperscale you will have responsibility for end to end reporting activities across several JVs, focused on both internal deliverables as well as reporting to our JV partners, and will report to the Hyperscale Reporting Senior Manager. This is a newly created role in a growing global team dedicated to the accounting and reporting for these JVs, which requires a ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to put their own stamp on the processes and grow with it as the hyperscale strategy grows. The role will be based in Amsterdam.ResponsibilitiesYou manage the timely preparation of the monthly management reporting packs for a set of JV’sYou assist in preparation of quarterly investor reporting packs across a set of JV’sYou manage commercial fees calculation for a set of JVsAssist team as needed on month-end accounting activitiesAssist in the setting up of new JVs & new entity additions to the JVProvide assistance to Treasury team on finalizing the bank reportingWork closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations and FP&A departmentsContinuously drive for improvement in quality and efficiency in new processes and systems to enhance the workflow of the teamWork with an entrepreneurial team spirit AccountabilitiesPrepares monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packsPerform commercial fees calculationPerforms flux analysis as well as ad hoc deliverablesWork with upstream data owners and cross-functional teams to support reporting activitiesQualificationsMSc or BSc in FinanceProven experience working in Accounting/Financial control roleExperience with either IFRS or US GAAP is idealStrong communication skills – both in person and remotelyAbility to work under pressureTeam player with entrepreneurial mindsetEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
