The ideal candidate has solid experience in designing, deploying, and adopting global productivity and collaboration tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Slack, etc. at a medium to large global enterprise. Someone who enjoys a fast paced, constantly changing environment but is also able to successfully deliver global solutions that drive a more seamless and frictionless colleague experience. Key focus areas Researching, designing, and enabling a world class and seamless collaboration and communication experience for our global colleagues Assist in the adoption of our current high performing collaboration and communication tools and platforms to ensure we’re realizing a high value. Target campaigns based on analytics and data analysis Understanding how Equinix colleagues and partners from around the world work in a hybrid world and have the vision and foresight to continue to transform the future of their digital workplace Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert for productivity and Collaboration and interact with customers, senior management, and vendor partners Plan, setup and manage sandboxes and test environments for new solutions or features we want to POC or pilot for the organization Be the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by first and second level support teams. Work with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture and Communication teams to own approvals for new solutions and features Build automation for license management, onboarding, off boarding and other workflows Build metrics dashboards to understand the collaboration and productivity tools usage patterns and behaviors Qualifications System engineering/administration of SaaS based collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Yammer, Cisco, etc) in a globally diverse medium to large scale enterprise Recent experience with supporting and managing an enterprise scale content management solution (Box, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) Models after the Equinix core values of openness, honesty, service, courage, and growth to help ensure that we work with integrity and put the customer at the center of everything we do Proven success working in diverse project teams and partners providing real world solutions to business problems that achieve high adoption and colleague satisfaction scores Ability to create, foster and grow productivity and collaboration vendor partnerships Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally Ability to perform performance benchmarking with strong analytical skills, strategic focus, broad-based business judgment, proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness and leadership abilities Excellent communication and reactionary/triage instincts Experience in risk management, oversight of quality assurance, and quality review processes.
